On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 2.00 pm but it is possible to leave your bags in our deposit if you arrive before check-in time.
On the day of departure you can use the rooms until 10.30 am, but if you want to stay longer in Florence you can leave your luggage again in our storage for free.

When you make a reservation you'll be asked for your credit card details as a guarantee of your booking.
The card will be verified by requesting a pre-authorization (virtual block of the amount of the first night that will be automatically unlocked after about 15 days).
Payment will be made directly in the structure.

No, There isn't. At arrival we will provide you a key that will allow you to be completely independent during all your stay.

You can go directly to INTERNATIONAL GARAGE at Via Palazzuolo 29, (just a 2-minute walk from our facility), with which we collaborate. You will enter the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), but don't worry, the garage will communicate your license plate to the relevant authorities to avoid fines.

Parking rates are as follows:

- €25.00/24H for small cars
- €30.00/24H for medium-sized cars and small SUVS
- €35.00/24H for large SUVS

For each additional hour after 24 hours, the standard rate is €5/hour.

Alternatively, you can easily park your car in the tourist parking lot known as VILLA COSTANZA (https://www.parcheggiovillacostanza.it/en/villa-costanza-parking/villa-costanza), by the Scandicci toll road, and then take the super-efficient tramway service to the city center. Remember to get off at "ALAMANNI", which is the tramway stop by Florence's main train station of Santa Maria Novella (S.M.N.). S.M.N. train station: it will then take you only 5 minutes (walking distance) to reach our property.
